Parent Information

Welcome to the Foxborough High School Library.  Here your children can find access to scholarly databases, nonfiction books, and recreational reading material.  We have over 15,000 print titles in our collection, but also provide access to tens of thousands periodicals, journals, and magazines through our electronic resources.  Students may access these resources through the website, but also in person from 7am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday, and on Fridays, 7am - 2pm.  Students sign in to the library throughout the day during their study halls, and may also visit with their class.  We have 2 computer labs attached to the library, as well as 6 computers on the first floor for students to use, and 4 laptop carts.

As a member of the SAILS Library network, students have access to materials from area libraries, as well as a state-wide network.  We strive to connect them to the information they need.

  • If you're child is looking for books, you can direct them to search the "Enterprise Catalog" linked from the main page, or by clicking here.  Students can place hold by logging in, and their "ALT ID" is their network log in, and their pin is 9999.
  • If you or your child are in need of articles from a magazine or a journal, click on the "Databases" tab at the top menu to see what we have to offer.
  • Finally, see what projects we're working on in the library by selecting the projects tab at the top.

As always, I look forward to your feedback.  You can contact me via email at barrettr@foxborough.k12.ma.us, or by using the feedback link on the left side of this page.
